Factions not in "Manage Keys menu" - Guild Wars Forums

As you can see on the screenshot there is no Guild Wars Factions available for me. But I pre-ordered it a week or 2 ago. It showed up at the FPE and now it's gone?

If Factions is released, will it be on the list again?
Might sound stupid but I'm just a bit worried...

Mine looks the same, but keep in mind, the Pre-Order Package was not the actual release of the game. So when you go to pick up your copy of Factions later this month, it will give you a new access key into Factions.

Also, take a look in that little Access Key Booklet you got with the package, there might be a key in there that enables you to get the 24 hour head start.

Does the "24 hour play before Factions gets released" key also appears on the list for you?
Because I have entered my key to:
-join the FPE
-get the preorder items
-play 24 hours before factions is released
(I have pre-ordered Factions online btw, in Europe, Belgium, and they are sending me a box)
